Running for Fat Loss: 5 Little Known Ways to Eliminate Foot Pain and Blisters

Been running to lose some weight?  That’s great! It’s an effective strategy to help assist in the shedding of fat, and improves your cardiovascular health and endurance.  Unfortunately, many runners will encounter issues with their feet which limits their ability to continue running.


The most common of these issues are:

  • Pain in the foot
  • Blisters
  • Painful rubbing
  • Black or lost toenails
  • Bunion irritation

The answer?  In most cases, we can completely eliminate these problems just by changing the way we tie our shoes!  Yes, the way you learned to tie your shoes was effective for not tripping over your laces, but we can improve upon it to ensure that you’re putting yourself in a position to be successful with your running and/or weight loss goals.
